I haven't had the chance to post in AGES! And I've been really missing my blogging so here's hoping I find the time to start up again. But I have made a great crystals discovery lately in the form of
rose quartz mystic mala beads. I've come across them before but hadn't tried them until last week. They are also known as Pagan Prayer beads and this is how I came to know about them - thanks to a friend of mine who's really into Wicca!
Mala beads are 108 beads long and are to be used during meditation, chanting or incantations. You hold them in your right hand and count each one as you go.
Without wanting to bore you with too many details, I've had a really rough time of it lately and these are really helping me stay grounded. Recommend them :)
